CWU’s brand is “Live..Learn…Do.” Our original motto was, “by teaching we learn.” Anthropology faculty have a strong tradition of mentoring students, in field, lab, and museum projects. Archaeology field work and collections rsearch has been supported through coursework, foundation giving, and agency contracting.
